Kangana shared the behind the scenes of her dressing room from the sets of Emergency showcasing her transformation to Indira Gandhi, the only female prime minister of India. Also Read – Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez finalise divorce after two years of marriage

Kangana on X (formerly Twitter) shared the video on social media. “My transformation into Indira Gandhi, the most powerful woman in Indian history!”
She added, “With the brilliance of @djmalinowski, academy award winner for Prosthetics and makeup, witness the jaw-dropping transformation that has already garnered widespread praise.”
Netizens had all sorts of reactions to the video. One of the users said, “Kudos to you Kangana ji. Wishing you continued success with Emergency possible in the top 5 of 202 hindi movies.”
Another user wrote, “Many congratulations for the upcoming film.”
Third added, “Brilliant.”
Kangana’s Emergency will hit theatres on January 17. She was last seen in Thalaivii, where she played the role of actor-turned politician J Jayalalithaa.
The long awaited political thriller Emergency is based on the story of 21-month emergency rule that was imposed by late Indira Gandhi. Apart from Kangana, the film also stars Anupam Kher and the late Satish Kaushik.
